FUJIFILM Corporation (“FUJIFILM” or “we”) cares about your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes our commitment to protection of data privacy and how we treat the personal data that we collect from users of the FUJIFILM XApp application software (“Application”). This Privacy Policy applies to the collection, processing and use of personal data which is processed by downloading, installing and using our Application on your mobile device (“Device”).
This Privacy Policy applies to both FUJIFILM and its subsidiaries to the extent applicable related to the processing of data under the conditions defined in this Privacy Policy.

Collection and Management of Personal Data

Downloading / Rating the Application

When downloading the Application or rating the Application through the rating window on it, the necessary information is transferred to the app store, in particular username, e-mail address and customer number of the underlying account, time of download, Device code, and rating result However, we have no influence on this data collection and are not responsible for it.

Collection of Personal Data

When using the Application, the Application establishes an internet connection and accesses the servers we use to provide the services. When you use the Application, FUJIFILM will collect certain personal data such as followings:

Country/region of your residence and information you choose and allow to record as Activity Record (including the shooting location information and thumbnails of images to be posted in the Activity Record). If you don’t agree with the collection of Activity Record, please don’t turn on the "Enabling activity records" in the camera setting menu of the Application;

Information you may provide together with an inquiry.
If you tap the inquiry button in this Application, another browser application will be launched on your Device and you will be redirected to the contact page. For the details about what kind of information will be provided by you with your inquiry and how we handle such information, please see such page. Another privacy policy on such page will be applied to such information;

Information which you choose and allow us to collect about your Device and OS, version information of the Application, operating information on the Application (including the information about tapped button, number of clicks, page transition, etc), information about your digital camera operation using this Application (including the number of image transferred, remote releases, and digital camera setting backups, etc), Equipment information, and error information of this Application (including communication error, system error, etc); and

User ID(s) of your account which you separately create for products and services provided by third parties such as Facebook, Google, and Apple (“Third Party Account(s)”), which you use to sign-in to Network Service.

Network server access records including IP addresses related to the use of this Application.

The Information described in this section (e) above will be used only for the purposes described in Articles 2.3(a) and 2.3(b).

The information described in the Article 2.2.1(d) is collected by each Third Party Account provider and is provided to us under their privacy policies. For clarification, we will never access or collect any other information about your Third Party Account(s) or provide your other information described in the Article 2.2.1 to such Third Party Account provider.

As set forth in the Article 1 of the “FUJIFILM XApp TERMS OF USE”, since your data for Network Services is managed for each Third Party Account on the Application, please note that:
(i) if you sign-in to the Network Service with multiple Third Party Accounts, your each data associated with each Third Party Account will not be integrated; and
(ii)if you change the Third Party Account for sign-in to the Network Service, your data used for Network Services will not be carried over.

For the purpose of clarification, we will not collect picture data taken with your digital camera which you will send to your Device through the Application, except for thumbnails of images posted in the Activity Record described in the Article 2.2.1(a). Such picture data will only be processed within your digital camera product, this Application and your Device and we will not collect such picture data.

The Application may have or will have added any functions which allow your Device to open and/or start other applications. Your information provided to or collected by such other application will be treated by the privacy policy of such other applications and this Privacy Policy will not be applied to such information.

Network Service includes Google Maps features and content for showing "shooting locations" of the Activity Records pinned on the Google Map in the Timeline. When you use such Timeline function, you further acknowledge and agree that (a)Google directly collects and receives data from you, including IP addresses and device identifiers of your Device, and latitude/longitude coordinates of each shooting locations, and (b) such Timeline function uses Google Map Platform API that uses cookies subject to Google's Privacy Policy below, such as calculating daily and 7-day active users and service abuse prevention; however, these cookies are not associated with any signed-in Google Account, if any, and are not logged with the rest of the information collected above. You acknowledge and agree that Google and its affiliates may use and retain such data to provide and improve Google products and services, subject to the Google Privacy Policy at:

You further agree to the Google Maps Controller-Controller Data Protection Terms at:

Through the normal functioning of the Google Maps, you provide device identifiers and your personal data directly to Google, subject to the Google Privacy Policy above.

If you don’t agree with this Article 2.2.6, please (i) turn off the "Plot photographing locations on Google Map" (Settings > Settings for activity records > Plot photographing locations on Google Map) or (ii) don’t turn on the "Add location for the record" (Enabling activity records > Record shutter release event > Add location for the record) in the camera setting menu of the Application.

Purpose of use of Personal data

We process, store and use your personal data for the following purposes:

For providing services related to this Application;

For responding to your inquiries;

For improving our products and services including Application, developing new ones and to analyzing the demand for our products and services; and

For creating statistical information to be used for market research and marketing purpose without identifying individuals.

The use of personal data provided by you shall be limited to the purposes above. However, we reserve the right to conduct additional processing to the extent permitted or required by relevant laws and regulations, or if we are authorized or required to use your personal data in support of any legal or criminal investigation.
Your personal data will be deleted from our internet server when purpose of processing is completed.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We share your personal data when:

your consent is given in advance;

sharing your personal data with affiliated FUJIFILM companies or third party processing and analytics companies (including but not limited to Google and PostHog) assisting us in connection with any of the purposes provided in the Article 2.3 above;

we determine from your inquiry in relation to our products/services that it is appropriate for affiliated FUJIFILM companies or a distributor that is responsible for the relevant product or service category and region to respond to your inquiry;

our business is assigned or transferred either by operation in law or otherwise including mergers, consolidations and dissolution or transfer of operations;

disclosure of your personal data is required by applicable laws and regulations or if we are authorized or required to such disclosure in support of any criminal or other legal investigation or proceeding conducted by relevant authorities; or

there is an immediate need for disclosure to protect human life or human rights.

We will not disclose or supply, share or otherwise distribute your personal data to third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.

International Data Transfer

We may transfer the personal data we collect to, and store such information in, other countries which may have different privacy or data protection laws than the country in which the information was collected. In such case, we will take appropriate measures to protect your personal data.

Data Security

FUJIFILM takes adequate technical and organizational security measures in order to protect your personal data from being misused and to prevent the loss of your information. Your personal data is saved in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public. All personal data provided by you in the course of registration or use of personalized services will be transferred in encrypted form in order to prevent misuse of it by any third party.

Your rights relating to your personal data and contact information

In the Application, you can (i) access or delete your personal data, (ii) choose your personal data which to be collected or not be collected and cease to process your personal data, and (iii) download your data.
You may withdraw your consent about collection, use and processing of your personal data set forth in this Privacy Policy at any time with effect for the future.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority in accordance with the applicable laws if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the applicable laws. Use of Analytics Tool

The Application uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Google Analytics 4, a web analytics tool provided by Google Inc., in order to collect and process your personal data stipulated in Article 2.2.1(c). On the Application, Google Analytics for Firebase and Google Analytics 4 track and analyze statistical information about your usage of this Application and your anonymized IP address. These information will be used for the purposes described in Articles 2.3(a), (c) and (d).

This Application does not collect Advertising Identifier, Android Advertising ID or Advertising Identifier for iOS.

The Application also uses PostHog, web analytics tools provided by PostHog Inc. that use “Cookies” or similar technologies to collect and process your personal data stipulated in Article 2.2.1(c). PostHog Inc. collects, tracks and analyzes such personal data for the purposes described in Articles 2.3(a), 2.3(c) and 2.3(d).

As regards to the use of the PostHog, we execute a data processing agreement with PostHog Inc. to ensure that the data are processed by PostHog Inc. in accordance with our instructions.

You can stop collecting above information with Google Analytics for Firebase, Google Analytics 4, and PostHog at any time from the “Settings” tab in the Application.

Children’s Personal data

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children defined by local laws. We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. If you are minor, you can’t use the Network Service.

Changes to the Privacy Policy　

FUJIFILM reserves the right to change, amend, or update this Privacy Policy. We will notify the change by posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Application. The revised Privacy Policy shall take effect on the effective date set by the FUJIFILM at the time of notification.

FUJIFILM may change the name of this Application without any notification. This Privacy Policy shall be effectively applied even if the name of this application is changed.

FUJIFILM may update this Application at its sole discretion in order to improve the security function, fix the defect, add / change / delete the function, etc; provided, however, FUJIFILM do not guarantee the update of this Application. This Privacy Policy shall be effectively applied even if we update this Application.

Facebook, Google 및 Apple (이하 “타사 계정”)에 의해 제공되는, 제품과 서비스와는 무관하게 사용자가 개별적으로 만든 사용자 ID. 본 ID는 사용자가 네트워크 서비스에 로그인하고자 할 때 이용됩니다.

본 애플리케이션의 사용과 관련된 IP 주소를 포함한 네트워크 서버 접속 기록.

위 (e)항에 설명된 정보는 제2.3조(a)항 및 제2.3조(b)항에 명시된 목적으로만 사용됩니다.

제 2.2.1조 (d)에 명시된 정보는 각 타사 계정 제공자가 수집하며, 그들의 개인 정보 정책에 의거하여 당사에 제공합니다. 다시 말해, 당사에서는 사용자의 타사 계정에 대한 어떠한 정보도 수집하거나 이에 액세스하지 않으며 제 2.2.1조에 명시된 사용자의 다른 정보를 타사 계정 공급자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

“FUJIFILM XApp 이용약관” 제 1조에 명시된 바와 같이, 네트워크 서비스에 대한 사용자 정보는 어플리케이션의 각 타사 계정에 대하여 관리되므로 다음 사항에 유의하십시오:

당사에서는 제 2.2.1조 (a)에 명시된 바와 같이 활동 기록에 업로드 된 썸네일 이미지를 제외하고, 사용자가 디지털카메라로 찍어 해당 어플리케이션을 통해 기기로 전송하는 사진 정보를 수집하지 않음을 분명히 합니다. 이러한 사진 자료는 사용자의 디지털카메라 제품, 본 어플리케이션 및 사용자의 기기 내에서만 이용되며 당사에서는 해당 사진 자료를 수집하지 않습니다.

본 어플리케이션에는 사용자의 기기에서 다른 어플리케이션을 열거나 이용하게끔 하는 기능이 있거나 향후 이러한 기능이 추가될 수 있습니다. 이때 다른 어플리케이션에 사용자가 제공하거나 해당 어플리케이션에서 수집한 사용자의 정보는 해당 어플리케이션의 개인 정보 정책에 따라 처리되며, 본 개인 정보 정책은 그러한 해당 정보에 적용되지 않습니다.

FUJIFILM Corporation(“FUJIFILM” atau “kami”) peduli dengan privasi Anda. Untuk perincian tentang jenis informasi apa yang akan Anda berikan dengan pertanyaan Anda dan cara kami menangani informasi tersebut, silakan lihat halaman tersebut. Informasi yang dijelaskan pada bagian (e) di atas hanya akan digunakan untuk tujuan yang dijelaskan pada Pasal 2.3(a) dan 2.3(b).

Informasi yang dijelaskan dalam Pasal 2.2.1(d) dikumpulkan oleh setiap penyedia Akun Pihak Ketiga dan diberikan kepada kami berdasarkan kebijakan privasi mereka. Untuk klarifikasi, kami tidak akan pernah mengakses atau mengumpulkan informasi lain tentang Akun(-Akun) Pihak Ketiga Anda atau memberikan informasi Anda lainnya yang dijelaskan dalam Pasal 2.2.1 kepada penyedia Akun Pihak Ketiga tersebut.

Sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 1 dari “SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN FUJIFILM XApp”, karena data Anda untuk Layanan Jaringan dikelola untuk setiap Akun Pihak Ketiga pada Aplikasi, mohon perhatikan bahwa:
(i) jika Anda masuk ke Layanan Jaringan dengan beberapa Akun Pihak Ketiga, setiap data Anda yang terkait dengan setiap Akun Pihak Ketiga tidak akan diintegrasikan; dan
(ii) jika Anda mengubah Akun Pihak Ketiga untuk masuk ke Layanan Jaringan, data Anda yang digunakan untuk Layanan Jaringan tidak akan dialihkan.

Untuk tujuan klarifikasi, kami tidak akan mengumpulkan data gambar yang diambil dengan kamera digital Anda yang akan Anda kirimkan ke Perangkat Anda melalui Aplikasi, kecuali untuk thumbnail gambar yang diposting di Catatan Aktivitas yang dijelaskan dalam Pasal 2.2.1(a ). Data gambar tersebut hanya akan diproses dalam produk kamera digital Anda, Aplikasi ini dan Perangkat Anda serta kami tidak akan mengumpulkan data gambar tersebut.

Aplikasi mungkin memiliki atau akan menambahkan fungsi apa pun yang memungkinkan Perangkat Anda membuka dan/atau memulai aplikasi lain. Informasi Anda yang diberikan atau dikumpulkan oleh aplikasi lain tersebut akan diperlakukan oleh kebijakan privasi aplikasi lain tersebut dan Kebijakan Privasi ini tidak akan diterapkan pada informasi tersebut.

Layanan Jaringan menyertakan fitur dan konten Google Maps untuk menampilkan “lokasi pemotretan” Catatan Aktivitas yang disematkan di Google Map di Linimasa. Saat Anda menggunakan fungsi Linimasa tersebut, Anda juga mengakui dan menyetujui bahwa (a) Google secara langsung mengumpulkan dan menerima data dari Anda, termasuk alamat IP dan pengidentifikasi perangkat dari Perangkat Anda, dan koordinat garis lintang/garis bujur dari setiap lokasi pengambilan gambar, dan (b) fungsi Linimasa tersebut menggunakan Google Map Platform API yang menggunakan cookie yang tunduk pada Google Privacy Policy di bawah ini, seperti menghitung pengguna aktif harian dan 7 hari serta pencegahan penyalahgunaan layanan; namun demikian, cookie ini tidak terkait dengan Akun Google mana pun yang telah masuk, jika ada, dan tidak dicatat dengan informasi lainnya yang dikumpulkan di atas. Tujuan penggunaan data Pribadi

Kami memproses, menyimpan, dan menggunakan data pribadi Anda untuk tujuan berikut:

Untuk menyediakan layanan yang terkait dengan Aplikasi ini;

Untuk menanggapi pertanyaan Anda;

Untuk meningkatkan produk dan layanan kami termasuk Aplikasi, mengembangkan yang baru dan untuk menganalisis permintaan akan produk dan layanan kami; dan

Untuk membuat informasi statistik yang akan digunakan untuk riset pasar dan tujuan pemasaran tanpa mengidentifikasi individu.

Penggunaan data pribadi yang Anda berikan akan dibatasi untuk tujuan di atas. Namun, kami berhak untuk melakukan pemrosesan tambahan sejauh diizinkan atau diwajibkan oleh undang-undang dan peraturan yang relevan, atau jika kami diizinkan atau diwajibkan untuk menggunakan data pribadi Anda untuk mendukung penyelidikan hukum atau kriminal apa pun.

kami menentukan dari pertanyaan Anda sehubungan dengan produk/layanan kami yang sesuai untuk afiliasi perusahaan FUJIFILM atau distributor yang bertanggung jawab atas kategori dan wilayah produk atau layanan yang relevan untuk menanggapi pertanyaan Anda;

bisnis kami dialihkan atau dipindahkan baik melalui operasi berdasarkan hukum atau dengan cara lain termasuk merger, konsolidasi, dan pembubaran atau pemindahan operasi;

Penggunaan Alat Analisis

Pada Aplikasi ini, Google Analytics for Firebase dan Google Analytics 4 melacak dan menganalisis informasi statistik tentang penggunaan Anda atas Aplikasi ini dan alamat IP anonim Anda. Informasi ini akan digunakan untuk tujuan yang dijelaskan dalam Pasal 2.3(a), (c) dan (d).

Aplikasi ini tidak mengumpulkan Pengidentifikasi Iklan, ID Iklan Android atau Pengenal Iklan untuk iOS.

Data Pribadi Anak

Kami tidak secara sengaja mengumpulkan atau meminta data pribadi dari anak-anak yang ditentukan oleh undang-undang setempat. Kami mendorong orang tua dan wali untuk berperan aktif dalam aktivitas dan minat online anak-anak mereka. Jika Anda masih di bawah umur, Anda tidak dapat menggunakan Layanan Jaringan.

Perubahan pada Kebijakan Privasi　

FUJIFILM berhak mengubah, memperbaiki, atau memperbarui Kebijakan Privasi ini. Kami akan memberitahukan perubahan tersebut dengan memosting Kebijakan Privasi yang telah direvisi pada Aplikasi. Kebijakan Privasi yang direvisi akan mulai berlaku pada tanggal efektif yang ditetapkan oleh FUJIFILM pada saat pemberitahuan.

FUJIFILM dapat mengubah nama Aplikasi ini tanpa pemberitahuan apa pun. Kebijakan Privasi ini akan diterapkan secara efektif meskipun nama aplikasi ini diubah.

FUJIFILM dapat memperbarui Aplikasi ini atas kebijakannya sendiri untuk meningkatkan fungsi keamanan, memperbaiki cacat, menambah/mengubah/menghapus fungsi, dll.; disediakan, namun, FUJIFILM tidak menjamin pembaruan Aplikasi ini. Kebijakan Privasi ini akan diterapkan secara efektif meskipun kami memperbarui Aplikasi ini.


DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI INI, ANDA MENYETUJUI PENGUMPULAN DAN PENGGUNAAN DATA PRIBADI ANDA SEBAGAIMANA DIATUR DALAM KEBIJAKAN PRIVASI INI.
